This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in United States.

📋 Description

• Oversee comprehensive studio operations for incoming creative production requests, prioritizing tasks and managing delivery timelines.

• Take ownership of the Airtable-based workflow system for intake, tracking, and reporting purposes.

• Coordinate the use of Figma, Frame.io, and Lucid to ensure smooth review and delivery cycles.

• Conduct cross-functional standups and operational check-ins.

• Address stakeholder and scheduling bottlenecks as well as competing priorities.

• Monitor operational and output metrics, reporting team health and delivery performance to leadership.

• Track real-time utilization rates for designers, editors, producers, and copywriters.

• Anticipate flex/freelance staffing requirements during high-demand periods.

• Identify capacity challenges and advocate against overallocation.

• Collaborate with the ASG Resource Manager to source and onboard freelance talent.

• Maintain an up-to-date understanding of generative AI tools and pinpoint opportunities to enhance repetitive production tasks.

• Lead a team of 17 direct and skip-level reports, fostering team growth and planning.


⛳️ Requirements

• A minimum of 10 years of experience in leading studio operations, production traffic management, or project management within a high-volume agency, in-house creative team, or fast-paced production environment.

• Proven experience managing 15 or more concurrent deliverables, with the ability to handle volume spikes of 30 or more.

• Background in social media content production.

• Extensive, hands-on experience with Airtable, particularly in maintaining workflow systems and adjusting views and fields.

• Familiarity with Figma for reviewing and providing feedback on creative projects.

• Basic knowledge of Adobe Premiere.

• Experience with Frame.io and Lucid, or similar creative review and collaboration tools.

• Skilled in tracking team bandwidth, mapping utilization, and coordinating with flex or freelance talent.

• Demonstrated experience managing multidisciplinary creative talent, including both direct and skip-level reports.

• Preferred familiarity with B2B marketing and digital advertising trends.

• Hands-on creative production experience is a plus.

• Experience in podcast production or post-production is preferred.

• Preferred experience integrating generative AI workflows directly.

• Must be eligible to work in the United States and meet relevant work authorization requirements.
