Student Recruitment Coordinator

📋 Description

• Act as the primary contact for prospective students, assisting them from their initial inquiry all the way to enrolment.

• Foster and enhance relationships with designated university partners while aiding in the attainment of enrolment objectives.

• Deliver precise and thorough information regarding programmes, admissions criteria, and the enrolment procedure.

• Engage in proactive outreach to students via phone and email to cultivate leads, promote progression, and facilitate conversion to enrolment.

• Oversee applicant pipelines and manage routine follow-up activities.

• Operate independently within established frameworks and propose practical solutions to common challenges.

• Develop cross-functional relationships with internal teams to ensure a smooth enrolment experience.

• Keep accurate student records while maintaining data integrity and high administrative quality.

• Professionally represent the organization in student interactions within a goal-oriented environment.

• Achieve enrolment, conversion, and outreach activity targets for assigned university partners.

⛳️ Requirements

• 1–3 years of experience in customer service, student support, admissions, sales, or a related field that involves direct customer interaction.

• Excellent interpersonal, verbal, and written communication abilities.

• Capability to build trust and guide individuals through significant decisions.

• Detail-oriented with a well-organized approach.

• Proficient in managing multiple priorities while ensuring accuracy and follow-through.

• Proven professionalism, adaptability, and problem-solving skills in a dynamic, target-driven environment.

• Previous experience in higher education, online education, admissions, or enrolment support is advantageous.

• Familiarity with CRM systems, student information systems, or other tools used for managing applicant and student data.

• Experience in balancing relationship management, administrative precision, and target achievement within a student- or customer-focused environment.

• Candidates must currently reside in the United Kingdom.
