This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in United States.
β’ Establish and nurture relationships with chapter presidents, student government leaders, and class representatives across educational institutions in the designated territory.
β’ Perform cold outreach, follow up, and sustain connections with schools.
β’ Organize and execute campus vendor fairs and lunch-and-learn sessions, including coordinating room bookings, catering services, and necessary materials.
β’ Facilitate virtual sessions with schools that are not accessible in person.
β’ Participate in district, regional, and national meetings for student organizations throughout the United States.
β’ Engage with students, manage leadership networking sessions, and identify potential ambassador candidates.
β’ Conduct interviews, onboard, and provide ongoing support to student ambassadors within the territory.
β’ Hold a high volume of one-on-one student meetings, primarily via video calls, during peak seasons.
β’ Promptly follow up after student meetings.
β’ Gain expertise in graduate borrowing, covering aspects such as federal versus private loans, interest rate factors, cosigners, in-school deferment, refinancing options, and new federal loan limits.
β’ Report on tuition deadlines, competitor activities, and student feedback gathered from the field.
β’ Oversee seasonal outreach, event scheduling, conference participation, ambassador programs, student meetings, and follow-up activities.
β’ Travel approximately 15% of the year, especially during the fall and early winter seasons.
β’ 2 to 5 years of experience in a relationship-focused role, or a proven exceptional track record.
β’ Background in campus programs, student organizations, field marketing, community development, admissions, events, or a self-initiated zero-to-one venture.
β’ Familiarity with graduate programs is an advantage.
β’ Capability to engage in authentic conversations with students regarding financial matters without resorting to sales tactics.
β’ Proficiency in conducting extensive outreach and maintaining diligent follow-up.
β’ Experience in building relationships with student organizations, chapter leaders, ambassadors, and program directors.
β’ Willingness to travel frequently within the region, including weekends when required for conferences.
β’ Comfort with peak workloads during certain seasons.
β’ Ability to independently manage numerous school relationships, an event calendar, and a meeting schedule.
