• Create the design for the enterprise strategy and transformation program, encompassing strategic planning methodologies, initiative prioritization frameworks, and standards for transformation execution.

• Develop innovative strategic frameworks and transformation methodologies.

• Act as the enterprise subject-matter expert in strategy and transformation matters.

• Oversee significant cross-functional strategy and transformation initiatives.

• Keep abreast of trends in the healthcare industry, competitive dynamics, and organizational performance metrics.

• Convert insights into practical strategic recommendations.

• Provide counsel to the CEO and executive team regarding enterprise strategy, organizational direction, and priorities for transformation investments.

• Establish benchmarks for the quality of strategic analysis and excellence in transformation programs.

• Extensive knowledge in corporate strategy, organizational change, and the design of transformation programs.

• Proven experience in creating strategic frameworks and transformation methodologies in the absence of established practices.

• Proficiency in enterprise strategy and transformation.

• Capability to lead significant cross-functional strategy and transformation initiatives involving clinical, operational, financial, and executive stakeholders.

• Familiarity with trends in the healthcare sector, competitive landscapes, and organizational performance indicators.

• Skill in advising the CEO and executive team on enterprise strategy and priorities for transformation investments.
