This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in California, +1 more state.
β’ Collaborate with senior product, engineering, design, and business leaders to pinpoint high-impact opportunities and link product decisions to customer and business outcomes.
β’ Define, pilot, and expand Wolters Kluwer's Agentic PDLC and broader AI-driven product development capabilities.
β’ Lead pioneering engagements across product strategy, discovery, experimentation, delivery, launch, and measurement.
β’ Integrate with cross-functional teams to identify barriers, foster trust, and convert insights into actionable changes.
β’ Mentor product leaders and enhance operating models, portfolio practices, governance, and metrics.
β’ Transform effective practices into repeatable tools, learning experiences, and standards for enterprise-wide adoption.
β’ Establish success metrics, demonstrate impact, and utilize evidence to inform broader rollouts.
β’ Report to the Senior Vice President of Product Strategy & Transformation.
β’ Travel approximately 35% to engage directly with teams and stakeholders.
β’ Over 8 years of hands-on Product Management and/or Product Leadership experience in B2B software, SaaS, or technology sectors.
β’ Accountability for strategy and outcomes of a significant product, platform, or portfolio, covering customer discovery through to delivery and assessment.
β’ Proven experience leading cross-functional product, engineering, and design teams to achieve significant customer and business outcomes.
β’ Strong expertise in product craft including discovery, strategy, experimentation, prioritization, roadmaps, launch, and measurement.
β’ Recent hands-on experience in developing AI-enabled or agentic products, or in transforming product development workflows using AI, or both.
β’ Proficient in entering unfamiliar environments, diagnosing root issues, building trust, and translating insights into actionable steps.
β’ Established influence over product direction, operating models, or organizational efficiency beyond a single team, without relying on formal authority.
β’ Exceptional analytical, communication, storytelling, and facilitation skills, with the ability to simplify complex issues and align senior leadership.
β’ Approximately 35% travel required.
β’ Preferred: experience in leading product transformation, operational model changes, or organizational scaling initiatives.
β’ Preferred: experience in coaching product leaders and enhancing product management practices.
β’ Preferred: experience working across multiple businesses, portfolios, or complex matrix organizations.
β’ Preferred: experience in scaling reusable capabilities such as playbooks, metrics, communities of practice, or leadership development programs.
