This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in United States.
β’ Lead, develop, and expand the team and systems that support Censys's IT infrastructure.
β’ Oversee the company's technological requirements from start to finish, including equipment for new hires, IT onboarding, and productivity tools.
β’ Recruit, mentor, and cultivate IT team members who support a global workforce.
β’ Manage the entire endpoint lifecycle, which includes provisioning, application deployment, endpoint patching, and asset retirement.
β’ Administer and manage identity systems that provide access to corporate systems and infrastructure.
β’ Facilitate secure AI adoption across the organization by identifying enhancements, leading AI integration, and optimizing AI tools for effectiveness and return on investment.
β’ Assess, select, and oversee internal tools and software solutions.
β’ Take charge of software and hardware budget planning and vendor management in collaboration with finance.
β’ Create and maintain documentation for IT processes, systems, and support workflows.
β’ Design and deliver internal training on tools and systems.
β’ Carry out additional responsibilities as assigned.
β’ Over 10 years of experience in IT management, systems administration, or technology operations, including 5+ years in a leadership role.
β’ Proven expertise in managing endpoint lifecycle processes (provisioning, deployment, retirement) at scale, preferably for a fully or hybrid-remote workforce.
β’ Practical experience in managing a modern SaaS tooling stack, including identity/access management, MDM, and collaboration tools.
β’ Experience in making build-vs-buy and consolidate-vs-expand decisions.
β’ Demonstrated ability to integrate AI tools into business workflows and lead adoption across teams or the entire organization.
β’ Experience in managing software/hardware budgets and vendor relationships.
β’ Capability to translate technical decisions into financial and ROI terms for finance and leadership.
β’ Strong history of developing documentation, processes, and support systems from the ground up.
β’ Excellent cross-functional communication abilities.
β’ Comfortable acting as the technical translator between engineering, finance, and non-technical staff.
