Strategy & Transformation Consultant – Project Manager

📋 Description

• Assist in executing challenging strategy and transformation initiatives for large organizations—from formulating strategic alternatives to tangible implementation.

• Examine intricate issues and create strategic alternatives.

• Convert strategic alternatives into actionable areas, roadmaps, and decisions.

• Collaborate across various business functions and management tiers.

• Align the interests of stakeholders and proactively facilitate decision-making.

• Craft clear narratives and high-quality presentations for management and executive boards.

• Simplify complex content into clear, comprehensible messages.

• Transform strategic vision targets into actionable measures and assist in their execution.

• Organize projects and workstreams effectively.

• Prepare for workshops and management meetings.

• Coordinate activities, responsibilities, and decision-making processes.

• Utilize Generative AI, AI Agents, and automation in specific business processes and use cases.

• Adopt a hands-on approach to swiftly deliver robust outcomes.

⛳️ Requirements

• Proven experience in strategy development, transformation, project management, or management consulting.

• Exceptional communication and presentation abilities.

• Proficiency in German and strong English skills.

• Strong stakeholder management capabilities, particularly within complex corporate environments.

• Excellent PowerPoint and presentation skills, especially for management and executive board settings.

• Experience with AI / Generative AI in a business context, along with a solid understanding of AI Agents and AI-driven automation.

• Capability to swiftly comprehend, organize, and distill complex and sometimes unstructured topics to their essentials.

• Dynamic, pragmatic, and results-driven work ethic.

• High level of ownership and the ability to independently advance projects.
