Senior Integrated Project Manager

This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in Mexico.

📋 Description

• Oversee and direct mid- to high-complexity, multi-channel projects leveraging Gen AI technologies.

• Lead cohesive teams consisting of creative, strategic, and AI production experts.

• Ensure excellence throughout the project lifecycle while adhering to project management best practices.

• Manage resource allocation and timelines to ensure successful and timely project delivery.

• Integrate and enhance Gen AI workflows within creative initiatives.

• Oversee the deployment of AI tools in accordance with project timelines.

• Coordinate traditional production alongside AI-driven workflows.

• Ensure the quality of AI-generated assets and track/report on AI production metrics.

• Cultivate and sustain relationships with premium brand stakeholders.

• Lead both internal and external communications while managing cross-functional team dynamics.

• Drive improvements in processes, budget management, and resource allocation.

• Create project plans, identify and mitigate risks associated with AI production, and oversee scope, timelines, and budgets.

• Establish quality control standards and streamline processes to ensure successful project outcomes.

⛳️ Requirements

• Minimum of 8 years of experience in integrated project management, specifically with premium/luxury brands.

• Proven expertise in team coordination, vendor management, executive reporting, and cross-functional collaboration.

• Proficient in project management software, Microsoft Office, and creative and AI production workflows.

• Skills in budget creation, financial reporting, and resource optimization.

• Strong organizational, leadership, problem-solving, and communication abilities.

• Experience in risk management, quality control, documentation, and status reporting.

• Capability to build relationships with stakeholders and drive innovative, successful project outcomes.

• Fluency in English is a requirement.

• Candidates must be located in Mexico.
