Senior Integrated Project Manager

This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in Colombia.

📋 Description

• Spearhead and oversee complex, multi-channel projects using Gen AI technologies.

• Direct integrated teams consisting of creative, strategic, and AI production experts.

• Ensure excellence in project execution throughout all phases.

• Establish and uphold best practices in project management.

• Supervise resource allocation and manage timelines to ensure punctual delivery.

• Lead and enhance Gen AI workflows within creative initiatives.

• Oversee the integration of AI tools in accordance with project timelines.

• Coordinate both traditional production and AI-driven processes.

• Ensure the quality of AI-generated assets and monitor production metrics.

• Cultivate and sustain relationships with key brand stakeholders.

• Manage internal and external communications and facilitate cross-functional team dynamics.

• Drive enhancements in processes, budget management, and resource allocation.

• Develop comprehensive project plans that incorporate AI workflows.

• Identify and address potential risks related to AI production.

• Oversee the project scope, timeline, and financial budget.

• Implement quality assurance standards for all deliverables.

⛳️ Requirements

• Over 8 years of experience in integrated project management, particularly with premium/luxury brands.

• Proficient in coordinating teams, managing vendors, reporting to executives, and collaborating across functions.

• Familiarity with project management software, Microsoft Office, and creative and AI production workflows.

• Competent in budget creation, financial reporting, and resource optimization.

• Strong organizational, leadership, problem-solving, and communication abilities.

• Experience in risk management, quality assurance, documentation, and status reporting.

• Capable of building stakeholder relationships and driving innovative and successful project results.

• Proficiency in English is essential.
