Strategy & Operations Manager, Supply Growth

This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in United States.

📋 Description

• Strategize supply builds across various markets

• Recruit and activate drivers

• Oversee driver lifecycle communications in different markets

• Identify new growth opportunities within the driver network

• Transform promising growth opportunities into scalable programs

• Conduct pilot experiments with defined hypotheses, metrics, and evaluation criteria

• Expand successful experiments throughout the marketplace

• Collaborate with Operations, Product, and Support teams to enhance driver onboarding and activation

• Present supply growth trends, risks, and opportunities to leadership

• Acquire knowledge of core supply growth functions and take charge of initiatives from inception to execution

• Proactive mindset with a strong sense of ownership

• Ability to engage in hands-on, high-volume tasks including outreach, calls, and follow-ups

• Excellent data analysis and analytical skills

• Proficient in extracting and organizing data independently using SQL and Google Sheets

• Strong strategic judgment with the capacity to convert ambiguous challenges into clear, actionable plans with measurable results

• Proven experience in executing pilots and experiments, along with scaling successful initiatives

• Entrepreneurial spirit and resourceful approach

• Effective written and verbal communication skills with stakeholders at all levels

• Background in logistics, marketplaces, gig economy platforms, or startup operations

• Experience in recruiting, onboarding, or engaging drivers, couriers, or other gig workers at scale

• Experience in building partnerships or managing vendor and BPO relationships

• Familiarity with carrier and fleet operations, including FMCSA, DOT, and owner-operators

• Must possess legal authorization to work in the United States

• Must not require employment visa sponsorship now or in the future
