Strategy & Operations Analyst II

This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in Massachusetts.

📋 Description

• Develop and sustain analytics solutions that assist various teams within the Cloud Technology Group.

• Engage in data modeling, dashboard creation, and reporting to convert data into actionable insights that influence decision-making.

• Collaborate with Network Infrastructure and Colocation teams to collect requirements and comprehend essential business metrics.

• Automate reporting processes and facilitate self-service capabilities to enhance visibility into critical metrics.

• Aid in the construction and maintenance of data pipelines and models to support various analytics use cases.

• Formulate queries and integrate data from multiple sources.

• Convey insights to stakeholders through visual representations and detailed reports.

• Support data processes across Regional Planning, Global Capacity Planning, Colocation, and Finance departments.

⛳️ Requirements

• A minimum of 5 years of relevant experience in business intelligence, data engineering, or data analytics.

• A bachelor's degree or an equivalent qualification.

• Strong working knowledge of SQL, with experience in querying and analyzing sizable datasets.

• Proficiency in Excel and/or Google Sheets for basic data analysis and quality assurance tasks.

• Experience with data and system integrations.

• Familiarity with creating dashboards using data visualization tools, such as Tableau.

• Experience utilizing AI Developer tools, like Copilot or Claude, in daily operations.

• Excellent communication skills to interpret requirements and share insights with both technical and non-technical stakeholders.

• Some exposure to cloud data warehouses like Snowflake, BigQuery, or Redshift, or a willingness to acquire knowledge in this area.
