Strategy & Operations Analyst

This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in United States.

📋 Description

• Oversee KPI trends, analyze operational discrepancies, and perform root cause assessments

• Create and sustain operational and financial models for capacity, throughput, staffing, and scenario analysis

• Transform intricate data into clear insights, actionable recommendations, and materials suitable for executive presentation

• Recognize manual and repetitive tasks and develop optimal solutions using Google Apps Script, AI workflows, or alternative tools

• Design and manage dashboards, lightweight applications, and AI-driven workflows

• Assess new tools and AI functionalities to enhance work processes

• Participate in strategic and operational projects, from problem definition and data collection to the development of recommendations

• Collaborate with operations, finance, and various teams to ensure analytics are reliable and influence decision-making

• Assist in program management and strategy initiatives as business requirements evolve

• Report directly to the Director of Strategic Operations and collaborate with the Risk Adjustment COO and the broader leadership team

⛳️ Requirements

• 3 to 5 years of experience in management consulting, finance, strategic planning, business analytics, or an operational analyst role, preferably in a high-growth, fast-paced environment

• Proficient in Excel and Google Sheets modeling; capable of creating precise, scalable models from the ground up

• Practical experience in developing tools using Google Apps Script, AI-assisted coding, or similar technologies; able to evaluate options and suggest the most suitable solution

• Strong analytical aptitude; skilled in structuring ambiguous challenges, working with complex datasets, and deriving actionable insights

• High standards for accuracy and thoroughness, with the capability to operate swiftly without compromising quality

• Exceptional written and verbal communication skills; able to convert data into clear, persuasive narratives for senior leadership in Google Slides

• Comfortable collaborating across functions with senior leaders and colleagues at all levels; demonstrates professionalism and emotional intelligence

• Self-motivated individual who takes initiative, presents ideas proactively, and is eager to learn and grow through constructive feedback

• Experience with risk adjustment coding applications and technology is advantageous

• Familiarity with the healthcare technology sector is a plus

• Experience in coaching or mentoring peers is a bonus
