Strategy Director

This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in United States.

📋 Description

• Collaborate as a strategic partner with market and system teams to support market entry assessments, enterprise capital planning, business transformation, and overall enterprise growth.

• Contribute to the objectives of the Corporate Strategy team to achieve Ascension's growth imperatives, vision, and mission.

• Develop frameworks and methodologies aimed at pursuing opportunities in market entry, access, and business transformation/revenue diversification.

• Assist National and Ministry Market leaders in assessing strategic growth opportunities, including capital project evaluations, designing growth strategies, evaluating new markets, and conducting revenue transformation/diversification assessments.

• Partner with Ministry Market Strategy Teams to establish strategic growth objectives, forecast volume and growth, and identify market growth opportunities.

• Oversee the implementation and performance management of strategic growth initiatives.

• Aid in managing progress-to-plan and assessing monthly Ministry Market business performance.

• Analyze, comprehend, and integrate dynamics of the industry and competitive environment into strategy design and execution.

⛳️ Requirements

• High School diploma equivalency with 5 years of relevant cumulative job-specific experience required, including 2 years in leadership/management, OR an Associate's degree/Bachelor's degree with 3 years of relevant cumulative job-specific experience, including 2 years in leadership/management.

• A minimum of 5 years of experience required; 10 years preferred, with at least 3 years in leadership roles.

• Prior experience in corporate strategy within the healthcare sector is preferred.

• Experience in healthcare consulting, finance, and/or healthcare corporate strategy.

• Capability to work within cross-functional teams and influence others without direct authority.

• Self-motivated individual with a proactive "get it done" mindset.

• Skill in articulating concise and compelling recommendations (both written and verbal) to executive and senior leadership.

• Experience in developing and implementing enterprise and market-based strategies within a large, complex healthcare organization.
