This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in Illinois.
• Assist a designated senior leader in implementing strategic objectives for the business/group.
• Collect and synthesize information to facilitate efficient and profitable business/group operations.
• Analyze financial and business outcomes while assessing the operating environment and emerging trends.
• Offer planning support and recommendations aimed at enhancing operational efficiency.
• Monitor the accomplishment of set objectives.
• Aid in the effective management of operational and compliance risks, as well as attestation/reporting processes.
• Provide strategic advice on community and industry events, along with coordinating event logistics.
• Assist in crafting communications for senior leaders and leadership teams.
• Formulate solutions and recommendations aligned with business strategy and stakeholder requirements.
• Counsel business/groups on the implementation of solutions.
• Support the planning and execution of operational programs.
• Facilitate strategic initiatives involving both internal and external stakeholders.
• Analyze data and information to offer insights and recommendations.
• Independently assess, analyze, and resolve strategic challenges.
• Track performance metrics and address any arising issues.
• Design and generate regular and ad-hoc reports and dashboards.
• Create change management strategies and lead or participate in change initiatives.
• Develop communication strategies, create tailored messaging, and determine distribution channels.
• Cultivate stakeholder relationships and ensure alignment across all parties.
• Handle service/customer complaint escalations and follow up to enhance customer experience.
• Plan and manage operating expenses within the allocated budget.
• Coordinate budgets and compare actual results against budgeted figures.
• Utilize systems for information management.
• Integrate data from various sources to enhance processes, analysis, and reporting.
• Apply BMO’s Risk Management Framework and adhere to established Risk Appetite, policies, laws, and regulations.
• Generally, 4 to 6 years of pertinent experience.
• A post-secondary degree in a relevant field of study or a comparable combination of education and experience.
• Technical expertise acquired through education and/or professional experience.
• Strong verbal and written communication abilities.
