This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in Alabama, +42 more states.
β’ Establish and guide the strategy for HR Technology experience across various personas and HR service journeys.
β’ Oversee discovery, requirement gathering, process analysis, and solution design for key HR Technology initiatives.
β’ Identify gaps in experience, process inefficiencies, and friction points, while recommending technological solutions.
β’ Create integrated solutions utilizing Workday, Workbrain, ServiceNow HRSD, mobile capabilities, workflow automation, AI, and digital experience platforms.
β’ Develop future-state operating models, process flows, solution recommendations, and implementation roadmaps.
β’ Assess platform-native capabilities and provide recommendations on build-versus-buy decisions.
β’ Engage in vendor assessments, proof-of-concept evaluations, and technology selection processes.
β’ Collaborate with Product Managers, Engineering, Architecture, HR stakeholders, and vendors to deliver scalable HR solutions.
β’ Evaluate AI, automation, conversational experiences, and agentic technologies to enhance colleague experiences and minimize support demand.
β’ Create business cases, executive presentations, strategic recommendations, and investment proposals.
β’ Establish adoption metrics, experience KPIs, and reporting frameworks.
β’ Assist with change management, communication, training, and adoption initiatives.
β’ Produce documentation, training materials, and user guides.
β’ Spearhead enterprise-wide adoption of new HR technology functionalities and products.
β’ Conduct system testing and coordinate User Acceptance Testing (UAT) with business stakeholders.
β’ Present findings and reports to senior management and the wider organization.
β’ Ensure the quality and accuracy of all deliverables.
β’ A minimum of 5 years of experience in HR Technology, HRIS, HR Operations, Digital Product Management, Business Analysis, or HR Transformation roles.
β’ At least 4 years of experience in gathering business requirements, performing fit-gap analysis, and delivering technology solutions within an Agile environment.
β’ A minimum of 4 years of experience in supporting and configuring HR Technology platforms, including HCM, Payroll, Benefits, Time & Attendance, and Case Management solutions.
β’ Strong comprehension of how Core HCM, Payroll, Benefits, and downstream HR systems integrate across comprehensive business processes.
β’ Over 3 years of experience with ServiceNow or similar case management platforms.
β’ At least 3 years of experience working with HR stakeholders to identify business needs, design solutions, and promote adoption.
β’ Minimum of 3 years leading cross-functional initiatives involving HR, IT, Payroll, Benefits, and external vendors.
β’ Over 3 years creating functional requirements, process maps, business cases, testing strategies, and documentation.
β’ At least 2 years leading User Acceptance Testing (UAT), defect management, and solution validation.
β’ A minimum of 2 years demonstrating robust analytical, problem-solving, and decision-making abilities.
β’ At least 2 years showcasing excellent written, verbal, presentation, and stakeholder management skills.
β’ Over 2 years of experience presenting findings, recommendations, and project updates to senior leaders and executive stakeholders.
β’ Minimum of 2 years managing multiple priorities and delivering results in a dynamic environment.
β’ A Bachelor's degree in Business, Human Resources, Information Technology, or a related field is required.
β’ Experience with Workday HCM, Payroll, Benefits, or Talent solutions.
β’ Experience supporting or implementing ServiceNow HR Service Delivery (HRSD).
β’ Experience in a large retail, healthcare, or matrixed enterprise setting.
β’ Experience leading HR Technology transformation, digital modernization, or M&A integration initiatives.
β’ Knowledge of AI, automation, and emerging HR technologies.
β’ Project or Program Management experience.
β’ Experience with organizational change management and communication strategies.
