⛳️ Requirements

• 3–6 years of overall experience in consulting, strategy, business transformation, or project-driven roles.

• Strong abilities in problem conceptualization and resolution.

• Excellent analytical skills with the capacity to perform data-driven analysis and yield insights.

• Experience in preparing high-quality deliverables and presentations.

• Exceptional communication skills and the ability to thrive in a consulting setting.

• Resilience, emotional intelligence, and a focus on agile delivery.

• Comprehensive understanding of the distinctions between coding and engineering.

• Proficient in oral English.

• Proficient in Spanish.

• Experience in Financial Services or Payments is an advantage.

• Preferred experience in Consulting, Strategy, or Business Transformation.

• Familiarity with cloud-native foundations or AI coding assistants is preferred.
