Strategy and Operations Manager

This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in United States.

📋 Description

• Manage a portfolio of centers generating annual revenues between $15mm and $40mm

• Revise and enhance current processes and systems to facilitate rapid expansion

• Track and evaluate compliance with quality policies, regulations, and industry standards

• Review performance metrics, KPIs, and instances of nonconformance to pinpoint areas for improvement

• Identify problems and create solutions to address recurring issues

• Prepare centers for audits and support with inspections and audit response activities

• Serve as the company representative to regulatory bodies and inspectors

• Provide guidance on employee-related matters while fostering adherence to HR policies

• Develop leadership within centers through strategic initiatives

• Ensure that facility maintenance complies with safety, cleanliness, and regulatory standards

• Support the recruitment, training, and development of management talent

• Conduct regular meetings, monitor goal progress, facilitate development plans, and carry out on-site evaluations

• Execute additional job-related responsibilities as assigned
