Strategy and Operations Manager

This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in United States.

📋 Description

• Manage a portfolio of centers that generate between $15 million and $40 million in annual revenue.

• Revise and enhance current processes and systems to facilitate rapid expansion.

• Ensure compliance with quality policies, regulations, and industry standards.

• Assess performance metrics, KPIs, and instances of nonconformance to pinpoint areas for improvement.

• Identify issues and create solutions to address ongoing deficiencies.

• Prepare centers for audits and assist with audit preparations, inspections, and responses.

• Act as the company's representative to regulatory bodies and inspectors.

• Provide guidance on employee-related matters and compliance with HR policies.

• Foster leadership development within centers through strategic initiatives.

• Guarantee that facility maintenance adheres to safety, compliance, and cleanliness standards.

• Support recruitment, training, and talent development management.

• Conduct regular meetings, goal assessments, development plans, and on-site visits and evaluations.

• Execute other job-related responsibilities as assigned.
