Strategy and Operations Manager

This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in Texas.

📋 Description

• Manage a portfolio of centers generating annual revenues between $15 million and $40 million.

• Revise and optimize current processes and systems to facilitate rapid expansion.

• Ensure compliance with quality policies and adherence to regulations and industry standards.

• Evaluate performance metrics, KPIs, and incidents of nonconformance to pinpoint areas for improvement.

• Identify problems and create solutions to avert future shortcomings.

• Prepare centers for audits and provide support during inspections and audit responses.

• Act as the company's representative to regulatory bodies and inspectors.

• Offer guidance and advisory support on employee-related matters and adherence to HR policies.

• Foster leadership development within the centers through strategic initiatives.

• Guarantee that facility maintenance complies with safety, regulatory, and cleanliness standards.

• Assist in the recruitment, training, and development of management talent.

• Conduct regular meetings, goal reviews, development plans, and on-site evaluations and assessments.

• Carry out additional job-related responsibilities as assigned.
