Strategy and Operations Manager

This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in Tennessee.

📋 Description

• Manage a portfolio of centers that generate between $15mm and $40mm in annual revenue.

• Revise and enhance existing processes to facilitate rapid expansion.

• Ensure compliance with quality policies and regulatory as well as industry standards.

• Evaluate performance metrics, KPIs, and instances of nonconformance to pinpoint areas for improvement.

• Identify problems and formulate effective solutions.

• Prepare centers for audits and provide support during inspections and audit responses.

• Act as the company representative to regulatory bodies and inspectors.

• Provide guidance on employee-related matters and ensure adherence to HR policies.

• Foster leadership within centers through strategic developmental initiatives.

• Guarantee that facility maintenance adheres to safety, compliance, and cleanliness standards.

• Assist in recruitment, training, and the development of management talent.

• Conduct regular meetings, goal assessments, development planning, and on-site evaluations.

• Perform additional job-related responsibilities as assigned.
