Strategy and Operations Manager

This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in Ohio.

📋 Description

• Manage a portfolio of centers that generate between $15mm and $40mm in annual revenue.

• Revise and optimize existing processes to accommodate rapid growth.

• Ensure compliance with quality policies and adhere to regulatory and industry standards.

• Evaluate performance metrics, KPIs, and incidents of nonconformance to pinpoint areas for improvement.

• Identify issues and create solutions to address ongoing deficiencies.

• Prepare centers for audits and provide assistance with inspections and audit responses.

• Serve as the company representative to regulatory bodies and inspectors.

• Provide guidance on employee-related matters and ensure compliance with HR policies.

• Foster leadership within the centers through targeted development initiatives.

• Guarantee that facility maintenance aligns with safety, compliance, and cleanliness standards.

• Support the recruitment, training, and development of management talent.

• Facilitate meetings, conduct goal check-ins, develop plans, and perform on-site visits and assessments.

• Carry out additional job-related responsibilities as assigned.
