Strategy and Operations Manager

This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in Ohio.

📋 Description

• Manage a portfolio of centers with annual revenues ranging from $15 million to $40 million.

• Revise and optimize current processes and systems to facilitate rapid expansion.

• Ensure compliance with quality policies and adherence to regulations and industry standards.

• Evaluate performance indicators, KPIs, and instances of nonconformance to pinpoint areas for enhancement.

• Identify problems and devise solutions to address recurring issues.

• Prepare centers for audits and support with inspections and responses to audit findings.

• Act as the company's representative to regulatory bodies and inspectors.

• Provide guidance on employee-related matters and ensure compliance with HR policies.

• Foster leadership within the centers through strategic development initiatives.

• Guarantee that facility maintenance aligns with safety, compliance, and cleanliness standards.

• Support the recruitment, training, and development of management talent.

• Hold regular meetings, conduct goal check-ins, create development plans, and perform on-site assessments and visits.

• Execute other job-related responsibilities as assigned.
