Strategy and Operations Manager

This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in Louisiana.

📋 Description

• Manage a portfolio of centers generating between $15 million and $40 million in annual revenue.

• Revise and optimize current processes and systems to facilitate rapid growth.

• Evaluate and ensure compliance with quality policies, regulations, and industry standards.

• Analyze performance metrics, key performance indicators (KPIs), and nonconformance events to pinpoint areas for improvement.

• Identify issues and create comprehensive solutions from start to finish.

• Prepare centers for audits and provide support during inspections and audit response activities.

• Act as the company representative to regulatory bodies and inspectors.

• Provide guidance and advice on employee-related matters and ensure adherence to HR policies.

• Foster leadership within centers through targeted development initiatives.

• Ensure that facility maintenance complies with safety, cleanliness, and regulatory standards.

• Support recruitment and training efforts.

• Nurture management talent through meetings, goal check-ins, development plans, and on-site evaluations.

• Carry out additional job-related responsibilities as assigned.

• Willingness to travel overnight up to 75% of the time without extensive notice.
