Corporate Strategy Manager

This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in United States.

📋 Description

• Report to the Director of Strategy

• Act as the primary quantitative and analytical engine within the Strategy department

• Develop financial models, P&L forecasts, and unit economics frameworks to inform portfolio investment strategies and assess growth opportunities

• Continuously analyze market dynamics, regulatory changes, and competitor activities

• Convert raw data into actionable insights for product and market entry teams

• Oversee strategic workstreams that support M&A target assessments, build-vs-buy-vs-partner decisions, and cross-vertical strategic initiatives

• Organize data collection and analytical inputs for the annual strategic planning process

• Transform complex analytical results into structured, visual narratives in PowerPoint for executive presentations

⛳️ Requirements

• Over 5 years of experience in management consulting, corporate strategy, healthcare investment banking, or strategy & operations within a high-growth tech/healthtech environment

• Outstanding quantitative and financial modeling skills (Excel/Google Sheets) with a track record of structuring complex datasets

• Excellent narrative development and visual presentation skills

• Experience in the healthcare sector (digital health, employer benefits, or health plans) is highly preferred

• Bachelor’s degree is mandatory

• Background in top-tier management consulting is preferred
