Director, Corporate Strategy

This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in United States.

📋 Description

• Oversee the complete execution of the annual strategic planning process.

• Collaborate with vertical leaders to define long-term success metrics, align investments with market needs, and manage trade-offs in conjunction with Finance.

• Work alongside Corporate Development to develop investment theses, implement build-versus-buy-versus-partner frameworks, assess candidate compatibility, and create post-acquisition integration and value-creation strategies.

• Utilize competitive intelligence to inform product adjustments and execute both international and domestic market entry strategies.

• Compose and consolidate strategic narratives, data analyses, and presentations for the Board of Directors, Executive Committee, and Investors.

• Oversee and guide Strategy Managers/Associates.

• Act as a vital operational force propelling Lyra Health's enterprise-wide growth agenda and global strategy.

• Collaborate with leaders across Employer Solutions, Health Plan, and Health System sectors to translate objectives into scalable operational frameworks and market entry strategies.

⛳️ Requirements

• 8+ years of experience in enterprise strategy, top-tier management consulting, or corporate development within high-growth digital health or healthcare sectors.

• Demonstrated ability to work effectively with executive vertical leadership in matrix organizations.

• Strong financial acumen with proficiency in unit economics, financial modeling, and business case development.

• Extensive industry knowledge in Employer Benefits, Health Systems, or Payer markets.

• MBA is preferred.
