This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in Utah.

📋 Description

• Assists learners in advancing their programs by offering strategies to overcome completion barriers.

• Reviews the At-Risk report to supply additional support to learners who do not meet set benchmarks.

• Partners with local communities and organizations, including government entities, to create a resource pool that aligns and coordinates various services for learners.

• Serves as a bridge between functions to help learners access the academic and non-academic support necessary for success both inside and outside the classroom.

• Employs a strategic and consultative coaching method, asking impactful questions to identify the learner’s primary performance challenges.

• Precisely documents interactions with learners and shows consistent follow-through and supportive involvement in addressing learner obstacles.

• Engages with all assigned learners each semester, providing coaching on goal-setting, academic success skills, and effective utilization of academic resources.

• Participates in the Learner Success Series to enhance program engagement.

⛳️ Requirements

• A Master’s Degree from an accredited institution is mandatory, with expertise in counseling, social work, higher education, psychology, or a related human services field.

• Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite is essential.

• Experience in higher education, counseling, or social work is preferred.

• Prior experience in case management documentation is preferred.
