Strategic Sourcing Specialist

This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in Texas.

📋 Description

• Assist Integrated Facilities and Property Management clients as well as internal stakeholders in enhancing the efficiency of JLL managed services operations and sourcing strategies.

• Provide insights regarding market conditions, suppliers, and operational intelligence for service operations.

• Identify and guide field resources to implement strategic initiatives.

• Act as a subject matter expert on JLL sourcing strategies, supplier relationships, and program management.

• Collaborate with clients and the JLL Sourcing, Facility, and Property Management teams to promote immediate and ongoing client benefits.

• Conduct regular market trend analyses, assess the supplier landscape and industry shifts, and communicate findings to Supply Chain and business stakeholders.

• Execute, coordinate, and relay regional and national programs.

• Support supplier relationship and performance initiatives with key suppliers.

• Oversee and assist operations teams with RFP/bid, contracting, and operational procedures.

• Ensure adherence to JLL's sourcing and contracting policies, procedures, risk management programs, and ethical standards.

• Collaborate with Corporate Legal and Risk Management on contractual terms and conditions.

• Set priorities, delegate tasks, and resolve issues with operations teams and project personnel.

• Aid in the development of diversity programs and mentor suppliers.

• Engage in and lead Preferred Supplier performance review meetings.

• Assist with JLL e-commerce procurement initiatives.

⛳️ Requirements

• Bachelor's degree (BA/BS) from an accredited four-year institution is preferred.

• 3+ years of experience in strategic sourcing or a related field.

• Experience in project management and business transitions is preferred.

• Proficient PC skills, with strong capabilities in MS Office applications.

• Excellent interpersonal and organizational abilities.

• Strong analytical skills.

• Demonstrated ability to lead teams in a decentralized environment.

• Exceptional oral and written communication skills.

• Candidates must have authorization to work in the United States without the need for sponsorship.
