This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in Utah.
• Take ownership of the standardized procurement intake process, ensuring all requests contain necessary details.
• Validate and direct requests prior to any commitments; return incomplete submissions and escalate exceptions as needed.
• Generate, issue, and maintain purchase orders within the procurement/ERP system.
• Monitor purchase orders throughout the fulfillment process, including backorders, delivery timing, modifications, and cancellations.
• Collaborate with vendors concerning orders, deliveries, discrepancies in PO/invoice, and resolution of issues.
• Raise procurement risks or delays to the Procurement leadership team.
• Keep purchasing documentation and records organized for audit readiness and reporting purposes.
• Engage in functional projects, process enhancements, and professional development initiatives.
• Execute additional responsibilities that support the College and the Procurement Function.
• A 4-year degree from an accredited institution or equivalent relevant experience.
• Proven experience delivering customer service to a variety of stakeholders.
• Established proficiency in inventory management.
• Established proficiency in distribution coordination.
• Established proficiency in professional written communication.
• Demonstrated experience with Microsoft Outlook and SharePoint.
• Employment is contingent upon successful completion of a background check and drug screening.
• Experience with Sage or a similar ERP/procurement platform is preferred.
