Indirect Strategic Sourcing Manager

This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in Alabama, +18 more states.

📋 Description

• Lead and cultivate a team of procurement specialists.

• Drive strategies for enterprise indirect sourcing and manage supplier negotiations.

• Establish policies, procedures, and governance standards for procurement.

• Oversee supplier relationship management and conduct executive business reviews.

• Achieve annual targets for cost savings and operational enhancements.

• Collaborate with leaders in Operations, Finance, Engineering, HR, IT, and other business areas.

• Monitor metrics related to supplier performance, risk, quality, and delivery.

• Provide executive reporting and maintain procurement KPI dashboards.

• Ensure adherence to company policies and compliance with regulatory requirements.

• Lead initiatives for continuous improvement and digital procurement transformation.

⛳️ Requirements

• Bachelor’s degree in business, Supply Chain, Finance, Engineering, or a related discipline.

• Over 7 years of experience in procurement or strategic sourcing.

• More than 2 years of experience in leadership roles.

• Strong skills in negotiation, supplier management, and contract administration.

• Experience in supporting manufacturing operations across multiple sites.

• Candidates must be authorized to work full-time in the location specified in the job posting.
