Junior B2B Operations and Procurement Analyst

This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in Brazil.

📋 Description

• Oversee relationships with buyers and procurement teams within construction firms.

• Track customer experiences on the Sienge Obra Hub platform.

• Facilitate the activation, adoption, and continuous utilization of the platform.

• Offer consultative assistance throughout the procurement process, from issuing requests for quotations to analyzing responses and managing negotiations and purchase orders.

• Recognize challenges, opportunities, and requirements among construction companies.

• Implement action plans to enhance engagement, sustained usage, and the outcomes generated by the platform.

• Collaborate effectively with Product, Operations, Sales, and Data teams.

• Convey the buyer's viewpoint and market insights to support the development of Sienge Obra Hub.

⛳️ Requirements

• Proven experience in procurement or supply chain, ideally within construction companies or related industries.

• Familiarity with quotation processes, negotiations, and supplier contracting.

• Understanding of supply chain operations and supply routines at construction sites.

• Proficient in using quotation comparison spreadsheets, bid equalization, purchase orders, and managing suppliers.

• Excellent communication and relationship-building capabilities.

• Consultative mindset when engaging with buyers, procurement teams, and various departments within construction companies.

• Strong analytical skills, organized, and results-driven profile.

• Capacity to monitor KPIs, manage a client portfolio, and execute action plans independently.

• Familiarity with digital tools and ERP systems.

• Experience with Sienge, Power BI, B2B marketplaces, automation, or Artificial Intelligence is advantageous.
