This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in Arizona.
• Act as the category manager and primary procurement authority for Integrated Facilities Management services supporting a specific client account.
• Take ownership of category strategy, sourcing methodologies, supplier management, governance, and sourcing execution.
• Develop and implement sourcing plans aimed at cost savings, supplier consolidation, optimization, and sustainability.
• Standardize scopes of work, work order data, service schedules, and category documentation.
• Track supplier performance, market trends, and risk factors.
• Negotiate, draft, and execute supplier contracts.
• Ensure suppliers comply with contractual obligations, service level agreements, performance standards, and relevant policies.
• Oversee contract lifecycle milestones, including renewals, amendments, and terminations.
• Collaborate with Corporate Legal and Risk Management for contractual compliance and approvals.
• Independently manage RFI, RFP, and RFQ processes from initiation to award and contract execution.
• Conduct supplier due diligence and assessments.
• Create scopes of work, evaluation criteria, and structured timelines.
• Facilitate communication with suppliers and engage cross-functional stakeholders.
• Lead negotiations and prepare award recommendations.
• Ensure a smooth transition to operations during implementation.
• Analyze spending data, supplier performance metrics, and cost structures.
• Build and maintain data models, summaries, and evaluation tools.
• Perform data cleaning, manipulation, and comparative analysis.
• Convert raw data into actionable recommendations.
• Provide comprehensive status updates to Supply Chain and business stakeholders.
• Collaborate with clients and JLL teams, including Sourcing, Facilities, and Finance.
• Guide operations teams on RFP/bid, contracting, and supplier onboarding processes.
• Maintain supplier documentation, compliance certifications, and records that are audit-ready.
• Hold accountability for supplier relationships and documentation within the designated category.
• 3-5 years of strategic sourcing experience for services or indirect categories.
• Experience in facility services is highly desirable.
• Must be consistently available during standard business hours, e.g. 8:00 AM – 5:00 PM MST.
• Reliable access to a desk, computer, phone, email, and video conferencing platforms such as Zoom or Microsoft Teams.
• Ability to independently manage complex RFx processes from start to finish.
• Strong expertise in Microsoft Excel and data analysis.
• Preferred experience in managing IFM or facilities-related procurement categories.
• Desired experience with JLL procurement systems such as Jaggaer, Corrigo, or Aravo.
• Proven ability to deliver excellent internal and external customer service.
• Capability to manage multiple projects and priorities in a fast-paced environment.
• Outstanding verbal and written communication skills with the ability to influence professionally.
• Bachelor's degree (BA/BS) from an accredited four-year college or university.
• Must be authorized to work in the United States without sponsorship.
