Strategic Sourcing Specialist

This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in North Carolina, +1 more state.

📋 Description

• Assist Project Management clients and internal stakeholders in optimizing JLL-managed service operations and sourcing strategies.

• Oversee Architects of Record and construction vendor agreements for various construction projects.

• Identify and lead field resources for strategic initiatives.

• Act as a subject matter expert on JLL sourcing strategies, supplier relationships, and program management.

• Collaborate with clients and JLL Sourcing, Facility, and Project Management teams to enhance client benefits.

• Conduct market trend analyses, evaluate supplier bases and industry changes, and communicate findings to stakeholders.

• Implement, coordinate, and relay regional and national programs.

• Support supplier relationship and performance initiatives with key suppliers.

• Provide management, guidance, and follow-up for RFP/bid, contracting, and operational processes.

• Ensure adherence to sourcing, contracting, risk management, and ethics policies.

• Work with Corporate Legal and Risk Management on contractual terms and approvals.

• Set priorities, assign deliverables, and resolve issues with Operations teams and project personnel.

• Participate in and lead performance review meetings for Preferred Suppliers.

• Collaborate with client design and construction teams, project management leads, and suppliers to establish and implement best practices.

• Assist in JLL e-commerce procurement initiatives.


⛳️ Requirements

• Bachelor's degree (BA/BS) from an accredited four-year college or university.

• Over 3 years of experience in strategic sourcing or a related field.

• Exceptional interpersonal skills.

• Strong organizational skills.

• Robust analytical capabilities.

• Proven track record of leading teams in a decentralized environment.

• Excellent oral and written communication skills.

• Experience in PDS / Construction sourcing is a plus.

• Preferred experience in project management and business transitions.

• Strong PC skills and proficiency in MS Office applications.

• Familiarity with TotalBid Project Management Software is preferred but not mandatory.

• Must have authorization to work in the United States without sponsorship.

• Visa sponsorship is not available.
