Strategic Sourcing & Procurement Analyst

This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in Mexico, +1 more country.

📋 Description

• Oversee strategic sourcing and procurement efforts for IT vendors and services.

• Evaluate, organize, and manage contracts along with supplier agreements.

• Assist in vendor negotiations and the renewal of contracts.

• Perform financial analysis to aid procurement decisions.

• Collaborate with internal stakeholders on sourcing and vendor management projects.

• Discover opportunities to enhance processes and increase efficiencies.

• Facilitate IT procurement initiatives, vendor management, contract administration, and sourcing tasks.

• Work alongside stakeholders to manage supplier relationships.

• Champion process improvements.

• Proficient in advanced English.

• Background in Procurement, Strategic Sourcing, or Vendor Management.

• Strong analytical and financial capabilities.

• Experience with contracts and supplier negotiations.

• Exceptional organizational and stakeholder management skills.

• Proficient in analytics.

• Effective problem-solving abilities.

• Excellent communication skills.

• Strong project management expertise.

• Familiarity with Coupa / Levelpath.

• Proficient in MS Office Suite.

• Experience with PowerBI.

• Knowledge of QuickBase.
