This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in Minnesota.
β’ Oversee the complete lifecycle of customer agreements, from drafting and negotiation to execution, compliance monitoring, and renewal.
β’ Create and revise intricate contract terms and conditions.
β’ Manage the execution and ongoing administration of contracts, ensuring accuracy and data integrity.
β’ Lead the preparation of proposals and assist in customer negotiations.
β’ Collaborate with customers to document and meet their requirements within contractual frameworks.
β’ Prepare bids, contract specifications, progress reports, and related documentation.
β’ Gather and analyze both historical and current data to provide management with insights on contractual obligations, performance trends, and strategic decisions.
β’ Work closely with Legal partners on corporate standards, approved templates, and regulatory requirements.
β’ Monitor compliance with contracts, identify potential risks, and report findings to management and senior leadership.
β’ Utilize contract performance metrics to facilitate data-driven decisions and suggest enhancements to dashboards and reporting.
β’ Recognize and implement methods for process simplification and standardization.
β’ Influence stakeholders towards unified standards.
β’ Provide subject-matter expertise for technology initiatives, digital/AI tools, and enhancing operational scalability.
β’ Collaborate with sales leadership, offer development, Legal, and downstream operations teams.
β’ High School Diploma or equivalent with 6+ years of relevant Contracts or Pricing experience, OR an Associate's Degree with 4+ years of experience, OR a Baccalaureate Degree with 2+ years of experience.
β’ A Bachelorβs or advanced degree in Business, Finance, Economics, Math, or a related field is preferred.
β’ Capability to manage multiple priorities in a dynamic environment with a strong focus on detail.
β’ Ability to work autonomously and take complete ownership of projects from inception to completion.
β’ Exceptional written and verbal communication, relationship-building, and interpersonal skills.
β’ Experience in collaborating with cross-functional teams and negotiating complex contracts or pricing agreements.
β’ Background in sales, marketing, purchasing, medical devices, healthcare, pharmaceuticals, or related sectors.
β’ Familiarity with contract lifecycle management systems such as Conga or Icertis.
β’ Unrestricted U.S. work authorization at the time of hire and throughout employment.
β’ For degrees obtained outside the U.S., a degree that meets the criteria of 8 C.F.R. Β§ 214.2(h)(4)(iii)(A) is required.
