Strategic Sourcing Lead – Fulfillment

📋 Description

• Oversee the establishment of a new global sourcing hub aimed at identifying contributors for intricate AI projects that demand specialized or hard-to-find talent.

• Determine the operational framework of the sourcing hub and cultivate the team.

• Collaborate with Recruitment and Delivery to formulate sourcing strategies for complex searches and large-scale hiring.

• Create and implement innovative sourcing strategies to address specialized, hard-to-reach, and high-volume requirements.

• Evaluate project needs, sourcing feasibility, and requirements alongside Recruitment and Delivery.

• Foster relationships with production stakeholders while conveying risks, timelines, and expectations.

• Utilize sourcing and conversion metrics to pinpoint bottlenecks, test methodologies, and enhance funnel performance.

• Integrate AI and automation into sourcing processes to boost research, outreach, analysis, efficiency, and scalability.

⛳️ Requirements

• Over 5 years of experience in sourcing, recruitment, talent acquisition, or a related discipline.

• Proven experience in leading or mentoring sourcing teams in a dynamic environment.

• Excellent stakeholder management, communication, and influencing abilities across various teams.

• Strong analytical capabilities with a focus on using data to inform sourcing decisions.

• Bachelor’s degree or equivalent professional experience.

• Familiarity with sourcing for AI, data, or crowdsourcing initiatives (preferred).

• Experience in sourcing linguists, translators, or other language professionals across different markets (preferred).

• Background in collaborating with global or distributed teams across multiple time zones (preferred).

• Willingness to work standard U.S. hours or provide U.S. overlap while operating in a different time zone (preferred).
