Strategic Sourcing Lead – Fulfillment

This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in Argentina, +3 more countries.

📋 Description

• Spearhead a new global sourcing hub dedicated to identifying contributors for intricate AI projects that necessitate specialized or elusive talent.

• Establish the operational framework for the sourcing hub and cultivate the team.

• Collaborate with Recruitment and Delivery teams to devise sourcing strategies for intricate searches and large-scale hiring.

• Create and implement innovative sourcing strategies to meet specialized, hard-to-reach, and high-volume requirements.

• Evaluate project requirements, sourcing feasibility, and needs in partnership with Recruitment and Delivery.

• Foster relationships with production stakeholders while effectively communicating risks, timelines, and expectations.

• Leverage sourcing and conversion data to pinpoint bottlenecks, experiment with approaches, and enhance funnel performance.

• Integrate AI and automation into sourcing workflows to enhance research, outreach, analysis, efficiency, and scalability.

⛳️ Requirements

• Over 5 years of experience in sourcing, recruitment, talent acquisition, or a similar field.

• Proven experience in leading or mentoring sourcing teams within a fast-paced environment.

• Excellent stakeholder management, communication, and influencing abilities across teams.

• Strong analytical skills with the capability to utilize data to inform sourcing decisions.

• Bachelor's degree or equivalent professional experience.

• Background in sourcing for AI, data, or crowdsourcing projects.

• Experience in sourcing linguists, translators, or other language professionals across diverse markets.

• Familiarity with working in global or distributed teams across various time zones.

• Willingness to work standard U.S. hours or provide overlap with U.S. hours while operating in a different time zone.
