This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in Poland.
• Assist the Vice President of Procurement with administrative coordination, P2P activities, reviews, evaluations, follow-up actions, and procurement communications.
• Aid the Procurement Manager in gathering and analyzing spend, supplier, pricing, and category data while preparing summaries and recommendations.
• Coordinate RFx activities which involve collecting requirements, preparing documentation, supporting RFI, RFP, and RFQ launches, as well as tracking responses, clarifications, deadlines, and approvals.
• Support various procurement categories such as real estate, travel, fleet, facilities, operating supplies, and logistics through research, benchmarking, evaluations, and stakeholder coordination.
• Assist with requisitions, purchase orders, invoice dispute resolution, trackers, reports, dashboards, presentations, and maintenance of procurement files.
• Help with supplier evaluations, bid comparisons, savings validation, sourcing implementation, and follow-up on action items.
• Contribute to supplier relationship and performance reviews by compiling reports, documenting issues, action items, and evaluation data.
• Organize supplier review meetings, gather information, document decisions, and monitor agreed actions.
• Analyze supplier reporting to validate SLAs, pricing, and key performance indicators.
• Maintain issue logs, follow up on outstanding items, and escalate significant concerns as necessary.
• Comply with internal standards, policies, and procedures.
• A Bachelor’s degree or equivalent qualification.
• 2-3 years of experience in procurement-related roles.
• Strong skills in planning, organization, analysis, and problem-solving.
• Capability to manage multiple concurrent projects effectively.
• Ability to thrive in a fast-paced, virtual, and dynamic setting.
• Detail-oriented with the ability to work independently and take initiative.
• Proficient in MS Office Excel, including the ability to create and manipulate pivot tables.
• Excellent written and verbal communication abilities.
• Familiarity with eSourcing and eBuying tools.
• Knowledge of SharePoint.
• Strong analytical skills with the capability to convert findings into actionable plans.
• Ability to collaborate effectively with suppliers and key stakeholders.
• Proven ability to influence successfully within a matrix environment and establish effective business partnerships.
• Commitment to providing outstanding customer service.
• Certification as a Professional in Supply Management (CPSM) is preferred.
