This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in Colombia.

πŸ“‹ Description

β€’ Assist with the daily operations related to study drug, comparator, and depot management activities.

β€’ Collaborate with vendors and facilitate vendor management for outsourced clinical supply services.

β€’ Solicit and evaluate vendor quotations, encompassing pricing, scope, quantities, and services offered.

β€’ Generate and oversee Purchase Orders in line with global procedures, internal agreements, approval protocols, and financial controls.

β€’ Supervise selected vendors to ensure compliance with requirements, timelines, costs, and deliverables.

β€’ Manage Purchase Orders and vendor services, including distribution plans, Site Initiation Visit dates, product specifications, delivery schedules, and quality standards.

β€’ Engage in GCS mini-team meetings and contribute insights on vendor processes, costs, timelines, requirements, and deliverables.

β€’ Guarantee compliance of activities with company Good Practices, relevant procedures, and client expectations.

β€’ Examine complex vendor invoices against quotations, Purchase Orders, contracts, and services rendered.

β€’ Track Purchase Order balances, vendor charges, service costs, and invoice statuses.

β€’ Coordinate with Procurement, Finance, Accounts Payable, and internal stakeholders to address discrepancies.

β€’ Collaborate with internal departments to secure approvals, revisions, and necessary documentation.

β€’ Complete ongoing training pertaining to clinical supplies, GxP activities, and relevant regulations.

β€’ Take part in departmental project teams and liaise with cross-functional teams.


⛳️ Requirements

β€’ Proficient in English with strong written and verbal communication skills.

β€’ Thorough understanding of the clinical supply process, encompassing manufacturing, handling, importing, shipping, exporting, auditing, labeling, and packaging.

β€’ Excellent organizational, planning, and time management abilities.

β€’ Strong analytical skills and capacity to address diverse and confidential issues.

β€’ Proficient in Microsoft Office applications.

β€’ Strong customer service orientation and meticulous attention to detail aligned with high-quality standards.

β€’ Flexibility to adapt to change and manage high-pressure scenarios.

β€’ Capability to work collaboratively in a team atmosphere and independently with moderate supervision.

β€’ Ability to utilize appropriate communication channels to express concerns and suggestions.
