Strategic Sourcing Lead – Fulfillment

This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in Mexico, +2 more countries.

📋 Description

• Develop and implement innovative sourcing strategies to meet specialized, difficult-to-access, and high-volume demands.

• Investigate communities, networks, referrals, and unconventional channels to locate and engage contributors.

• Convert project specifications into focused searches and adjust strategies as requirements shift.

• Convey sourcing updates, challenges, and market insights, while identifying potential risks.

• Utilize sourcing and conversion metrics to pinpoint bottlenecks, experiment with methods, and enhance performance.

• Incorporate AI and automation into research, outreach, analysis, and sourcing processes to boost efficiency.

• Collaborate closely with the Sourcing Lead, Recruitment, and Delivery teams.

• Swiftly scale sourcing operations when projects demand high volumes.

⛳️ Requirements

• A minimum of 3 years of experience in sourcing, recruitment, talent acquisition, or a related discipline.

• A Bachelor’s degree or equivalent experience.

• Proficient research and problem-solving abilities.

• Capacity to create new strategies when conventional sourcing techniques are ineffective.

• Excellent communication and collaboration skills.

• Familiarity with utilizing sourcing data and funnel metrics to guide decisions and enhance outcomes.

• Experience in sourcing for AI, data, or crowdsourcing initiatives.

• Proven experience sourcing linguists, translators, or other language profiles across various markets.

• Experience collaborating with global or distributed teams across different time zones.

• Willingness to work standard U.S. hours or provide overlap with U.S. hours when in a different time zone.
