This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in United States.
• Interact with JFrog’s key customers to guarantee their success in the DevSecOps journey by utilizing JFrog’s products.
• Collaborate with Sales account executives to devise account strategies and activities, fostering enduring trust relationships with assigned JFrog clients.
• Educate engineers and executives on the essential capabilities and key value propositions of the JFrog platform across its extensive range of features.
• Represent JFrog at customer and public events, including conferences.
• Work closely with Product & Engineering teams to provide direct field feedback and shape product features and roadmaps based on customer insights.
• Stay updated on technology trends related to DevOps, DevSecOps, MLOps, and IoT.
• Partner with Customer Success and Marketing to enhance customer engagements and boost adoption of the JFrog Platform.
• Establish relationships with key decision-makers, visit customers on-site, and act as a reliable technical contact.
• Over 10 years of experience in enterprise presales/solutions engineering for Fortune 500 / 100 companies, managing multi-million dollar deals.
• Excellent interpersonal skills, team-oriented attitude, customer satisfaction focus, and a proactive "can do" mentality.
• Significant customer-facing experience in a software infrastructure enterprise presales capacity.
• Proficiency in Docker, Kubernetes, CI, git, Artifactory, and build tools (Maven, Gradle, npm, Docker, etc.).
• Capability to construct software delivery pipelines using Docker, npm, Java, PyPI, and various DevOps tools.
• Familiarity with application security (AppSec).
• Practical experience with Linux is essential.
• Hands-on experience with cloud infrastructure—AWS / Azure / GCP—is required.
• Background in software development at scale, both on-premise and in the cloud.
• Experience in software architecture design, product development, and IT infrastructure is advantageous.
• Willingness to travel at least 50% within the US.
• Strong desire to learn continuously.
• A Bachelor’s Degree or higher in Computer Science/Engineering is preferred.
• Flexibility for remote work for candidates located outside a reasonable commuting distance to the Sunnyvale, Atlanta, or Seattle offices.
