Strategic Projects Specialist – Strategic Projects Lead

This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in United States.

📋 Description

• Facilitate the comprehensive management of the strategic project lifecycle: from planning and execution to monitoring and closure.

• Engage in due diligence processes for M&A transactions under guidance.

• Oversee operational responsibilities in collaboration with cross-functional teams (Legal, Finance, Marketing).

• Aid in the formulation of roadmaps, business cases, and feasibility studies.

• Supervise operational relationships with partners and external vendors.

• Assess operational risks and generate regular progress reports (KPIs) for senior leadership.

⛳️ Requirements

• A Bachelor’s degree in Strategic Management, Business Administration, Corporate Finance, or a similar discipline.

• 3–4 years of relevant experience in project management, strategy consulting, or corporate settings.

• Proficient in English (mandatory).

• Familiarity with PMP, Prince2, or Agile methodologies is advantageous.

• Excellent communication abilities, operational diligence, analytical skills, and a collaborative team-oriented approach.
