This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in Mexico, +1 more country.
• Assess agency and lead performance to uncover trends, opportunities, and performance deficiencies.
• Leverage data and performance insights to enhance agency growth and inform business decisions.
• Track lead volume, quality, conversion rates, costs, and other pertinent performance metrics.
• Collaborate directly with agents and agency teams to grasp challenges, discover opportunities, and enhance lead performance and agent experience.
• Work with external vendors to oversee lead performance, address issues, and pinpoint optimization opportunities.
• Collaborate with Marketing, Regional Staff, District and Regional Managers, and leadership on agency growth objectives and initiatives.
• Manage projects involving agencies, vendors, and internal stakeholders.
• Analyze lead-source and vendor performance and offer optimization suggestions.
• Aid in lead routing and distribution strategies to enhance lead allocation and agency performance.
• Prepare and present reports, analyses, and recommendations to relevant stakeholders.
• Spot opportunities to boost productivity, lead conversion, and overall marketplace performance.
• Convert data and analysis into concise, actionable business recommendations.
• Support ongoing improvement initiatives that focus on agency growth and marketplace effectiveness.
• A Bachelor's degree is mandatory.
• Proficiency in English is essential.
• Practical experience in lead generation, purchasing, selling, routing, distribution, lead marketplace operations, or related activities within the lead ecosystem.
• Background in either the buy-side or sell-side of the lead ecosystem.
• Familiarity with data leads, call leads, click leads, or comparable lead products.
• Strong analytical skills with the capacity to utilize data for making informed business decisions.
• Experience in coordinating projects and collaborating with external vendors.
• Hands-on experience working directly with agents, agencies, or regional teams.
• Excellent communication and stakeholder management abilities.
• Capability to identify performance gaps and convert data into actionable recommendations.
