Senior Lead – Strategy

This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in India.

📋 Description

• Perform comprehensive research and analysis of market trends, competitive landscape, and customer requirements.

• Develop data-informed strategies aimed at boosting product revenue and expanding market share.

• Lead specific projects or significant workstreams that contribute to BrowserStack's overall growth objectives.

• Present recommendations to the Executive Committee.

• Identify, prioritize, organize, and manage complex challenges that influence product priorities.

• Create long-term strategies for monetization and commercialization.

• Collaborate closely with cross-functional teams to ensure the smooth execution of finalized strategies.

• Oversee the lifecycle of strategic initiatives from conception and development to execution and assessment of outcomes.

• Evaluate success based on predefined metrics, concentrating on tangible financial benefits.

• Deliver rigorous, fact-based recommendations to executives and regional management with minimal guidance.

⛳️ Requirements

• Minimum of 5 years of experience.

• At least 2 years of experience in management consulting, Growth, BizOps & Strategy.

• Exceptional strategic, analytical, and problem-solving abilities.

• Capability to effectively communicate a long-term vision across the organization and to clients.

• Integrated into the developer or SaaS market ecosystem; remains updated on competitive and market trends.

• Excellent communication skills with a strong executive presence.

• Comfortable navigating ambiguity and able to engage with and influence various levels within a global matrixed organization.

• Demonstrates relevant and consistent leadership behaviors in team management, customer interactions, and internal communications.

• Proficient in structuring, managing, and coordinating multiple complex cross-functional projects and processes.

• Able to collaborate with multiple stakeholders at both senior and junior levels.
