Senior Strategy Analyst

This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in Brazil.

📋 Description

• Serve as a strategic collaborator with managers and directors, aiding in the analysis and monitoring of monthly performance outcomes.

• Gather, analyze, and interpret metrics related to operations, finance, and customer experience.

• Detect performance discrepancies against objectives and perform structured root cause analyses.

• Assist in the development and facilitation of executive performance review meetings.

• Lead the conversion of strategic planning into objectives, KPIs, and initiatives, spanning from the executive to the operational levels.

• Ensure coherence between strategy and execution, upholding consistency in defining KPIs and targets.

• Organize and track action plans aimed at enhancing performance results.

• Implement performance management and continuous improvement methodologies.

• Conduct studies and analyses to aid in decision-making processes.

• Support the improvement of management tools, dashboards, and reports.

• Foster a data- and results-oriented culture.

• Work collaboratively with Operations, Sales, Marketing, Finance, and Customer Experience teams.

⛳️ Requirements

• A Bachelor’s degree in Engineering, Business Administration, Economics, Statistics, or a related discipline.

• Intermediate skills in Microsoft Office.

• Background in strategic planning, performance management, or business intelligence.

• Experience in analyzing metrics and managing targets.

• Proficiency in translating strategic plans into KPIs and tactical action plans.

• Strong analytical capabilities and structured problem-solving skills.

• Advanced skills in Excel/Google Sheets.

• Familiarity with BI tools such as Power BI and Tableau.

• Experience in creating executive-level presentations.

• Knowledge and hands-on experience with artificial intelligence tools like Copilot and ChatGPT.

• Ability to craft effective prompts for AI applications.
