Strategic Projects Manager

This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in South Africa.

📋 Description

• Oversee strategic projects from their inception and planning stages through to final execution and delivery.

• Develop detailed project plans, timelines, and frameworks for tracking milestones.

• Facilitate collaboration among project teams and stakeholders across various departments.

• Ensure all stakeholders are aligned and manage clear follow-ups on action items.

• Monitor project risks, dependencies, and deadlines effectively.

• Proactively identify potential challenges to prevent them from becoming impediments.

• Prepare updates on project status for executive stakeholders.

• Document workflows related to project management processes.

• Uphold organized standard operating procedures.

• Report progress directly to senior leadership.

⛳️ Requirements

• Minimum of 3 years of experience in project management, operations, business management, or a related field.

• Demonstrated ability to manage multiple complex projects simultaneously with excellent organizational skills and follow-through.

• Exceptional analytical, problem-solving, and critical-thinking abilities.

• Superior proficiency in written and spoken English.

• C1 English level is mandatory.

• Strong confidence in communicating effectively with senior stakeholders.

• Ability to work independently while maintaining a high level of accuracy in a fast-paced environment.

• Must be based in South Africa.

• Must own a reliable laptop.

• A fast and stable internet connection is necessary.

• Full commitment to U.S. business hours is required.
