Strategic Project Manager

This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in United States.

📋 Description

• Oversee the planning, execution, and completion of strategic initiatives and operational projects across various departments, ensuring they align with business goals.

• Convert strategic objectives into comprehensive project plans that include clear milestones, assigned responsibilities, and resource distribution.

• Collaborate with both internal and external stakeholders to ensure efficient communication and teamwork.

• Facilitate and lead project team meetings effectively.

• Track project performance, manage risks, and address issues to ensure progress and maintain quality standards.

• Generate and present regular status updates, executive summaries, and evaluations following project completion.

• Promote continuous improvement by identifying areas of process inefficiency and suggesting appropriate solutions.

• Advocate for change management initiatives associated with strategic projects.

• Ensure proper documentation and knowledge management for all strategic projects.

⛳️ Requirements

• Bachelor’s degree in Business, Project Management, or a related discipline.

• 1-3 years of experience in project or program management, particularly focused on strategic initiatives.

• Strong self-starter with the capability to independently solve problems.

• Servant leadership approach with the ability to adapt to diverse working and communication styles.

• Proven track record of managing cross-functional projects with visibility at the executive level.

• Excellent analytical, organizational, and problem-solving skills.

• Outstanding communication and stakeholder management abilities.

• Proficient in project management software and tools.

• Willingness to travel up to 10%.

• Master’s degree (MBA or similar) is advantageous.

• PMP or a similar certification is preferred.

• Experience using ClickUp is a plus.

• Background in Consulting, Retail, CPG, or Food Service is beneficial.

• Knowledge of agile and hybrid project management methodologies is desirable.
