📋 Description

• Oversee intricate medical AI data initiatives from conceptualization to implementation

• Take ownership of the quality and direction of sophisticated healthcare AI projects

• Convert client goals into effective medical data strategies

• Set standards for the design, evaluation, and delivery of healthcare data

• Transform standards into consistent methodologies, approaches, and capabilities throughout Appen's global delivery network

• Connect client objectives, clinical knowledge, and Appen's worldwide delivery capabilities

• Facilitate successful client outcomes and enhance Appen's healthcare data offerings across its portfolio

⛳️ Requirements

• Proven experience in managing clinicians, researchers, or other specialized professional groups

• Understanding of healthcare data privacy, security, and ethical AI governance

• Experience in developing or assessing medical datasets, annotation protocols, clinical taxonomies, or evaluation standards

• Familiarity with AI firms, leading AI laboratories, or healthcare technology organizations
