This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in Arizona, +2 more states.
β’ Provide strategic and operational leadership for designated chemical customer contracts based on customer group or region.
β’ Oversee, manage, and coordinate contract operations and support functions to achieve corporate objectives.
β’ Foster financial growth within customer accounts and maximize opportunities for relationship development.
β’ Supervise the contract team handling daily operations and ensuring excellent customer service.
β’ Spearhead contract management, growth initiatives, P&L oversight, customer service standards, and revenue and margin enhancement plans.
β’ Enhance contract efficiency and optimize key processes.
β’ Collaborate with Sales to formulate bidding strategies for new and renewed contracted business.
β’ Contribute to the Annual Operating Process and deliver consistent business forecasts.
β’ Identify and implement improvements for existing and new contracts.
β’ Lead by example to foster employee engagement and development.
β’ Negotiate customer contract renewals utilizing Incora best-practice terms and conditions.
β’ Monitor sales performance, margins, costs, and inventory levels to achieve or surpass budget targets and ensure profitability.
β’ Conduct interviews, recruit, and train on-site personnel as required.
β’ Cultivate a partnership culture with contracted customers.
β’ Manage contracts throughout their lifecycle and liaise with Planning and Procurement to guarantee consistent parts supply.
β’ Establish KPIs for contract compliance and financial performance.
β’ Manage, support, mentor, evaluate, and review team members; facilitate additional training and coaching.
β’ Travel between customer sites as needed.
β’ Perform other assigned duties.
β’ Bachelor's degree or 2β5 years of relevant experience and training, or equivalent combinations of education and experience.
β’ Experience may encompass sales, distribution, and inventory management.
β’ Extensive experience in customer relationship management.
β’ Strong financial proficiency.
β’ High level of business insight.
β’ Excellent communication and influencing abilities across all levels.
β’ Some experience in people management and leadership.
β’ Prior experience in a contract management/sales setting is preferred.
β’ Experience in change management is a plus.
β’ Must possess and maintain reliable transportation and a company-approved driving record.
β’ Experience with P&L management.
β’ Contract management experience is essential.
β’ Knowledge in supply chain and distribution.
β’ Project leadership experience is advantageous.
β’ Strong people management and team motivation skills.
β’ Proficient in Microsoft Office, including Excel, Word, and PowerPoint.
β’ Experience using Copilot or other AI tools to boost productivity.
β’ Ability to travel between customer sites as required.
