This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in Colorado.

📋 Description

• Define, document, and prioritize user stories and requirements informed by research, customer feedback, and business objectives.

• Act as the client's voice and establish clear acceptance criteria.

• Evaluate feasibility, analyze stakeholders, and assess risks.

• Contribute to the program's vision, strategy, and roadmap in alignment with client objectives.

• Translate strategic goals into detailed program plans that include timelines, ownership, success criteria, and go/no-go decision points.

• Oversee delivery from ideation to deployment, managing milestone planning, dependency management, risk identification, and stakeholder engagement.

• Foster accountability across engineering, operations, design, data science, and vendor partnerships.

• Manage shared resource limitations, inter-program dependencies, external obstacles, change requests, scope, timelines, and costs.

• Collaborate with client stakeholders, design, engineering, and data science teams.

• Lead status meetings, presentations, and executive briefings.

• Plan and execute launches and feature releases, including launch strategies, demonstrations, and training sessions.

• Develop testing plans and facilitate user acceptance testing.

• Advocate for end-user readiness, adoption, usability, and operational preparedness.

• Implement phased rollouts and ensure data and cross-system consistency prior to production deployments.

• Establish KPIs and maintain centralized dashboards and reports.

• Communicate outcomes to leadership using data analysis and visualization.

• Conduct post-launch reviews and promote consistent program management practices.

• Stay informed about industry trends, emerging technologies, and best practices.

⛳️ Requirements

• 3–5 years of experience in program management, product management, or a related discipline.

• A Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Engineering, Business Administration, or a related field is mandatory.

• Proven capability to manage multi-workstream programs, track deliverables across teams, hold stakeholders accountable, and make decisions in uncertain situations.

• Familiarity with development tools such as Jira, Asana, or Trello.

• Strong understanding of software development lifecycles and Agile methodologies (Scrum, Kanban).

• Experience with data analysis and visualization tools like Tableau or Power BI.

• Technical proficiency to collaborate with engineering on APIs, data pipelines, integrations, and deployment decisions.

• Exceptional analytical and problem-solving abilities.

• Outstanding written and verbal communication, collaboration, and program management skills.

• Demonstrated ability to lead cross-functional teams in dynamic, fast-paced, and ambiguous settings.

• Proven track record of managing competing priorities and meeting deadlines.

• Strong facilitation skills and the ability to drive stakeholders toward decisions.

• Ability to translate complex technical programs into clear updates for leadership.

• Experience managing enterprise-level projects involving multiple stakeholders.

• Willingness to travel occasionally to company locations as needed.

• Flexibility to work extended hours or weekends when necessary.

• Commitment to creating an inclusive, supportive, and collaborative workplace.

• Familiarity with LLM platforms and agentic AI tools is preferred.

• Certifications in product, program management, or Agile methodologies are advantageous but not required.

• Knowledge of network operations, ticketing, dispatch workflows, data center and fiber optic networking software solutions, or utility operations software is a plus but not mandatory.
