
Strategic Placement Manager β Ambassador Teachers

This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in North Carolina, +1 more state.
β’ Oversee a strategically designated portfolio of school district partners.
β’ Cultivate and sustain relationships with district HR leaders, superintendents, principals, and other key decision-makers.
β’ Formulate and implement account strategies to enhance relationships, boost Ambassador Teacher placements, broaden partnerships, reconnect with former partners, and promote growth in priority markets.
β’ Direct the Ambassador Teacher placement process, which includes assessing staffing requirements, managing candidate inventory, facilitating recommendations and interviews, assisting with hiring decisions, and finalizing placements.
β’ Liaise with district partners concerning candidate availability, hiring choices, visa processing, orientation, arrival, onboarding, and placement considerations.
β’ Examine placement history, vacancy and retention metrics, account performance, market conditions, competitive activities, and district feedback.
β’ Set account objectives, forecast placement activities, and propose growth strategies.
β’ Track account health, partner satisfaction, leadership transitions, competitive challenges, retention, and growth risks.
β’ Maintain a pipeline for placements, account growth, re-engagement, and new partnership opportunities using Salesforce.
β’ Collect and interpret district and market insights into recommendations on teacher recruitment, candidate pipelines, partner services, pricing, competitive strategies, and growth opportunities.
β’ Collaborate with internal teams to address district needs and resolve placement or partnership challenges.
β’ Represent Participate Learning in district meetings, presentations, conferences, networking events, and partner-facing opportunities.
β’ Assist with placement, partnership, contractual, and compliance processes, including order forms, MSAs, renewal information, transfer documentation, and district-specific requirements.
β’ Bachelorβs Degree.
β’ At least 5 years of experience in a customer-focused role within the education sector, as a school leader or district administrator, or equivalent experience.
β’ Proficient in strategic account management.
β’ Ability to build trusted relationships with senior education leaders.
β’ Skills in consultative sales and business development.
β’ Capacity to analyze placement trends, account performance, pipeline activity, market conditions, and partner feedback.
β’ Understanding of public school systems, educator staffing, district and school decision-making, hiring processes, and workforce challenges.
β’ Excellent written, verbal, presentation, and facilitation capabilities.
β’ Strong skills in planning, project management, CRM, and follow-through.
β’ Proficient in using Salesforce or similar CRM systems.
β’ Ability to manage multiple district accounts, placement opportunities, priorities, and deadlines in a fast-paced environment.
β’ Willingness to travel for client and business needs in NC and VA, with occasional nationwide travel for conferences and events.
β’ Previous teaching or school administration experience is preferred.
